My Item arrived opened and spilled inside the box. I've been trying to reach someone to get a replacement. I've sent photos, made phone calls., texts and email. Nothing seems to work. Finally r4eceived a message yesterday but no answer as to how this will be rectified. Ive ordered in the past with no problems --- I'm no understanding why Im not getting this matter taken care of.
